From HOA President Vera Bennett... Good morning. Shelly Hattan and I visited Sunday and worked out the details of the questions to the attorney and they have been sent. I’m waiting on the link to pay the attorney which was originally $600. With the multitude of questions to be answered, it may be a bit more to address them all. On Friday, I had sent a letter to the marina attorney requesting a two week extension to obtain advice from the attorney. I received a response yesterday extending his imposed deadline to December 6th. I will keep you all updated as things progress. Due to attorney client privilege and defensive points contained in the letter, it would jeopardize us all financially to share the letter outside of the board.
