Good morning. Shelly Hattan and I visited Sunday and worked out the details of the questions to the attorney and they have been sent. I’m waiting on the link to pay the attorney which was originally $600. With the multitude of questions to be answered, it may be a bit more to address them all. On Friday, I had sent a letter to the marina attorney requesting a two week extension to obtain advice from the attorney. I received a response yesterday extending his imposed deadline to December 6th. I will keep you all updated as things progress. Due to attorney client privilege and defensive points contained in the letter, it would jeopardize us all financially to share the letter outside of the board. The board is aware of many problems around the condos including power washing the back of the B building, dryer vents, painting the railing, etc. We have out those projects on hold until the pool issue is resolved.
I sent pictures to Jordan Roofing about another hole in the soffit in the B building. The repairs should begin soon. They will take care of the bees at that time since they will have to remove soffit in order to get the nest out. They are going to go ahead and coat the chimney on B213 before the impending rain.
